The first reason why the humor lands effortlessly is the entire set-up: to frame an employee wanting to 'start-up' as a 'bidaai' equivalent, including the 'Just founded' tag on the back of the car to allude to 'Just married' :)

That idea, in itself, would have been adequate - just show the employee being escorted by the CEO/COO as other employees cry and send the employee off.

But, there's a second reason why this ad works so well - the writers layer the basic idea with more zingers in the form of some incredibly sardonic jabs at some of the most popular 'corporate' annoyances!
