@AquaponicsIdaho @RobertIrvine There really isn't a straight substitute. Burrata is basically a fresh mozzarella ball stuffed with stracciatella. If you have a Trader Joe's nearby they have burrata. I've also seen stracciatella being sold in my local TJ, so you could mix a fresh mozz ball with it.
