@ForexTvOfficial This is the truth.
We waste so much time changing chart colors, switching pairs, joining new signal groups...
But we never sit down to actually backtest, journal, and fix ourselves.
Profit comes from discipline, not distractions.
@aphrodite_in_fx 3 journals is a lot of work .
Have you tried Supertrader Journal app? It tracks entries, screenshots, R:R, and mindset in one dashboard.
Might make your review process faster.
@MKCBLAZEX Journaling is boring but it’s what separates consistent traders from the rest.
I started doing it and it saved me from repeating the same mistakes.
@TradingComposur Took me a long time to learn this.
When my whole mood depended on green days, every red day felt like the end of the world.
Now I try to detach my self worth from P&L. Much calmer.
@SangamOnMarkets For me it’s chasing trades.
See it run without me, jump in late, get stopped out.
Still working on it. Appreciate you creating space to talk about this honestly.
@jmbtrade@senpaifibonacci Well said. Less writing, more data.
I used to skip journaling because it felt like extra work. Switched to TradeZella TraderSync or SuperTrader Journal app and it tracks win rate, RR, drawdown automatically. Now I actually review my trades instead of writing part.
@Benjamin_SMC This is the difference between gamblers and traders.
Gamblers want to be right. Traders want to be profitable.
If you can’t take small losses, you’ll never see big wins.
@AustinAni592739@jennyslayer01 This is key.
Before I trade I check: Am I calm? Am I mad? Am I chasing?
After I trade I ask: Did I do what I planned?
I use Supertrader Journal for this. It keeps me from lying to myself and shows my bad habits.
@PhilakoneCrypto I used to do the same thing take notes, try to track trades in a spreadsheet, and quit after a week because it was too much. What helped me stick to it was using SuperTrader. It syncs with MT4 and MT5 so every trade gets logged automatically
