Sums up nicely the organised chaos of a WW2 tank commander trying to get all the tanks key component parts (gunner and driver) pointing and shooting in the right direction
@SeanLaPrawn Must admit had a little chuckle myself. Throughout my time definitely learnt to beg, steal and borrow to get by. Our SSM used to do his nut at those in non issue kit sourced from the PRI and Army Surplus, as you couldn't get it from your own QM ๐ค
@maricardo15@GBNEWS And I thought I was the only one the noticed that. I live in Cornwall which is hardly ethically diverse, but you wouldn't think it by the communication coming out of our County Council.
@combat_boot Not when the crew are busy laughing, safely locked inside knowing the angy monkeys don't know that the Combi tool in the unlocked drivers bin could easly open the hatches from the outside ๐
@combat_boot They did try stopping my Cheiftain many moons ago, suspected drink driving after a Squadron smoker and got very unset when crew quickly battened down hatches. Sight of very Red faced RMP jumping up and down on hatch trying to get in was very amusing ๐
@combat_boot Oh I don't know, not the same as having your door almost kicked in in the wee small hours by a jumped up full screw on a mission with one hand on the butt of his Browning HP ๐คฌ
@memarkyb I'm with you on that Brads, we are in rural Cornwall so have a LPG tank and locally have the grand choice of either Calor or Flogas, who are definitely not value brands๐ค
