Happy #globalrunningday and this month is pride.
First half of the year didn't go how i like it to go. Knee injury and all but I will finish up strong the second half of the year.
Some of the hitters highlights from the month of May. I was a little busy
Run. 33.5 miles
Cycling 35.6 miles
Walking 11.6 miles
The best thing is that I don't have any knee pains. On to June.

It felt good to be back running outside after a knee injury. This run I was running for 5 minutes and walking for 30 seconds. I'm going to be trying this till I'm full back in shape. #saltstick#runningcommunity
