Orange County Supervisor Don Wagner and Judicial Watch are suing Secretary of State Shirley Weber for allegedly failing to maintain accurate voter rolls as required by federal law. Over 151,000 have been inactive for 4 or more elections, with some dormant for a decade.

This is being raised on primary election day in a state with over 23 million registered voters.
