@Ugkbodybuilding@Hybridathlete I get it. I ran in high-school. Cross country, winter track, spring track. I ran in the summer for voluntary workouts. I ran double sessions at the end of the summer. We had a good team. After 4 years, I prefer anything to running distance.
@BowTiedOx Thanks! I struggle with the idea of bulking because it was a lot of work to lose weight when I was a fatass. I am giving it a try for my first time.
@Hybridathlete This is very interesting to consider. I burned out on running after competing in high school. I much prefer hiking to get outside and get my heart rate up.
@EdLatimore It's @QuintusCurtius lack of experience. He doesn't fear the effects of alcohol. If he did, he would respect those of us who give it up. I know I can't have a drink because I can't stop at one. But I can have fun being around people who are drinking.
