David Lammy’s plan to appoint for diversity not merit is probably unlawful.
So I asked to publish his legal advice.
He says it’s "not in the public interest" - and told me to submit an FOI!
What does he have to hide?
Remember last week when Starmer said “I believe Britain is better off than it was two years ago” ?
Well that was a bit misinformationy! Because lookie here … we’re winning at becoming poorer 🤡
Six of these ten Highland Councillors voted to allow a taxi driver who raped a passenger to keep his operator’s license — even though senior police officers urged them not to.
Please note that although we’re constantly told it’s women who grease the wheels for rapists, every single councillor who voted in rapist David Brown’s favor is a man. Take a good look at them, Scottish women: these 6 men would put you, alone and unwarned, in a taxi with a man who has already raped at least one passenger.
Brown has been put on the register for life; he raped an 18 year old girl and dumped her outdoors on a sub-zero January night in the Scottish Highlands; but these 6 men - Chris Birt, John Grafton, Ruraidh Stewart, Sean Kennedy, Willy MacKay, and Duncan MacPherson - are more concerned about his finances than they are about the safety of local women.

THE DOSSIER #20: Steve Rotheram – The Myth of Kirkby
Metro Mayor of the Liverpool City Region | Chair of the Liverpool Strategic Futures Advisory Panel | The Bricklayer Who Never Built
Born Kirkby, 1961. One of eight. Father drove a forklift. Mother kept the house. You left school at sixteen. You became a bricklayer. You founded Rotheram Builders at twenty-two. You tell this story at every opportunity. It is your origin myth. Your working-class credentials. Your shield.
Affiliations: Fabian Society, IPPR North, Centre for Cities, Tribune Magazine, Mainstream, Unite, USDAW, RMT (adversarial), Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, Local Enterprise Partnership, Business and Enterprise Board.
There is only one problem. Rotheram Builders does not exist.
Companies House records show one directorship. One. St George's Hall Charitable Trust. Resigned 2010. Your construction empire leaves no paper trail. No incorporation. No dissolution. No trace. Perhaps it was a sole trader operation. Perhaps it dissolved before digitisation. Perhaps it was never more than a story you polished for political purposes. The bricklayer from Kirkby built his career on foundations that cannot be verified.
But you did build something. A political machine. And machines require oil.
June 2023. You accepted £20,000 from TJ Morris Ltd. March 2024. You accepted another £10,000. Fifteen days later, Liverpool City Council lifted restrictive covenants on the King Edward Triangle. The land sold to a TJ Morris subsidiary for £1 billion. One thousand two hundred homes. A five-star hotel. The city's tallest building. Tom Morris. The richest Scouser who ever lived. You claimed no prior knowledge. You claimed no role in planning. The timing is remarkable. The pattern is unmistakable. These arrangements are never illegal. They are simply remarkably convenient.
How many more? How many £10,000 donations preceded how many planning decisions? How many billions flowed to how many friends? We will never know. The system is designed that way. The opacity is total. The £150 million Covid Recovery Fund you launched on day one of your second term. Redirected from existing projects. The criteria unpublished. The beneficiaries unnamed. What projects died so this could live? Who benefited? The details remain conveniently murky.
July 2021. Liverpool became only the third place in history stripped of UNESCO World Heritage status. The reason was you. Liverpool Waters. The £5.5 billion Peel Holdings project. The Bramley-Moore Dock Everton stadium. UNESCO cited irreversible loss of heritage value. You called the World Heritage Site unwieldy. You said it should not be preserved in aspic. You chose developers over history. Working-class heritage sold to billionaires. Your Mayoral Development Corporation made Liverpool Waters a priority. £55 million in government grants flowed to the project that cost your city its status. You called the loss a retrograde step. You did not mention your own role in the retrograde motion.
October 2020. Andy Burnham fought the government on Tier 3 restrictions. He stood on principle. He became King of the North. You accepted the deal. £44 million in additional funding. A side deal. While Burnham resisted, you complied. While Burnham ascended, you needed twenty-four-hour police protection from your own constituents. You testified to the Covid Inquiry that you received no advance warning. You received £44 million. You called anonymous briefings against Burnham gutless in January 2026. You co-authored Head North with him. You position yourselves as northern power brokers. You took the side deal. He took the stand. The difference is total.
December 2020. Operation Aloft. Merseyside Police arrested four men for bribery and misconduct in public office. Former Mayor Joe Anderson. Former Militant Derek Hatton. And Alex Croft. Your former employee. You were never investigated. You were never charged. You were appointed by Conservative minister Greg Clark to chair the Liverpool Strategic Futures Advisory Panel. To clean up Labour corruption. Labour's man of the people, installed by Tories to judge his own party. The poacher turned gamekeeper. Or perhaps the man who knows where the bodies are buried, burying them deeper.
Between 2017 and 2019, you faced fury over driver-only trains on Merseyrail. You initially supported removing over two hundred guard roles. You urged strikers back to work while negotiations were ongoing. Only sustained political pressure forced your reversal. The World Socialist Web Site accused you of presenting a left face while warning no rail worker's job was safe. You delayed the new train fleet for years. Working-class jobs. Your constituency. Your betrayal.
You were named among two hundred eleven MPs claiming first-class rail travel. The guidance said politicians should consider value for money. You travelled first-class on the taxpayer while your constituents sat in standard. No rules broken. The hypocrisy speaks regardless.
You have lived in the same house for thirty-six years. You mention this constantly. Your authenticity theater. The man of the people who never moved up. While taking donations from the richest Scouser who ever lived. While losing UNESCO status for billion-pound developments. While travelling first-class to meetings with men who do not return your calls.
You blocked a constituent for reading the public record with comprehension. You blocked for asking questions. As a public official, you are not permitted to block constituents. The illegality is minor. The cowardice is total. The man who would be Labour leader cannot withstand a single question. You confirm everything by running.
You want the Labour leadership. You have positioned for years. You tried nothing. You risked nothing. You took the side deals. You took the donations. You lost the heritage. You blocked the questions. You built nothing but your own mythology.
You are not a bricklayer. You are a fabricator. You are not a man of the people. You are a man of the donors. You are not the future of the North. You are its caretaker of decline.
Your construction company is a void. Your UNESCO status is ash. Your working-class credentials are theater. Your conscience is a side deal. Your ambition is grotesque. Your block button is your legacy.
Your betrayal of Liverpool is now complete. Permanent exile from public trust awaits. Congratulations. You are The Dossier.
Adam Brooks is an absolute fucking legend.
He literally just said what we were all thinking.
What a lefty twat. 👏👏👏
Well done mate, I’m raising a glass to you.
These lefties are apologists for the Pakistani Rape Gangs!
The BBC has issued an official explanation on why it has failed to cover our rape gang inquiry.
'Complex choices' are made for editorial and practical reasons.
These choices 'should not be taken as indicative of bias.'
Their words.
But the BBC were very quick to cover malicious complaints against our inquiry, in an attempt to smear our efforts? They were then forced to later apologise about how they covered the story.
So either the inquiry is worth reporting on, or it's not.
They can't pick and choose.
We're told 'complex choices' are made, meaning that efforts to uncover the industrial rape of young girls is not near the top of list.
Let's take a look at a few stories on the main BBC news page, right now...
'Osaka pays 'love and respect to Japan' in Wimbledon kimono'
'Why £15 durians are being sold at half price - or given away for free'
'We had packed lunches every day for 10 years and retired at 40'
Are these stories more important than the rape gang inquiry?
I think not.
You cannot hate the BBC enough.
I expect no fair coverage from them, I've stopped expecting it.
But the BBC is funded by the British people.
Their continued suppression of our inquiry is a disgrace.
Secretary of State for Housing @SteveReedMP claims the public “DOES NOT” want a General Election.
Let’s test that right now.
Do you want a General Election?
(Please share for wider audience)
Read this & weep.
This utter scumbag paedo, Jamie Smith was found GUILTY of possessing & distributing extreme child abuse videos/images, including of babies & category A - the most serious type.
The judge acknowledged that Smith “has a fairly longstanding interest in children, of any age”.🤢
Smith’s barrister tried to blame social media for the paedophile’s actions.
His family stuck by him & begged for clemency.
Was he jailed?
Don’t be silly….
The judge said that jailing him ‘wouldn’t be constructive or in the public interest’. He was instead given a two-year community rehabilitation order and 10 days of rehabilitation activity.🤯
We have a deep sickness within our society, we do not take the protection of children anywhere nearly as seriously as we should. It is scandalous.
We should have ZERO TOLERANCE for child abuse. No ‘second chances’. This paedophile should have been jailed and castrated. I’d probably want to look into his family (and anyone else who seems to think this is ok) too if I were in charge.
People of Christchurch, keep an eye out for this paedophile and keep him far, far away from your children.
Jamie, his family and the judge should all be utterly ashamed of themselves.
My heart breaks for the babies and children who were harmed, for this man’s pleasure 💔

Home Secretary Mahmood says we are to adopt a plan that has allegedly worked in Canada where lefty community groups, universities, charities etc can sponsor asylum seekers
Can I point out that Canada is 49 times the size of the UK and could take the whole of Eritrea and Somalia in and it wouldn’t be a problem.
They have 12 people per square mile, we have 750 people per square mile.
This country is full up. We need a pause on migrants not seeking new ways of bringing people in
THE DOSSIER #19: Emily Thornberry – The Sneer of Islington
Born Guildford 1960. Your father abandoned you at seven. Council estate poverty. Then the University of Kent. Gray's Inn. The barrister's escape route. You learned the law. You never learned humility.
Fabian Society member. Keynote speaker at their conferences in 2019, 2024, 2025. The same society that has shaped Labour's gradualist betrayal of the working class for over a century. Labour Campaign for Human Rights patron. Chatham House speaker. Vice Chair of the APPG on Sexual and Reproductive Health. National Security Strategy Committee. Liaison Committee. All the right credentials. All the wrong people.
Barrister at Tooks Chambers. Human rights law. Michael Mansfield's protege. You took the pay cut to become MP for Islington South and Finsbury in 2005. You have represented that constituency for twenty years. It remains one of London's most deprived. Your property portfolio is worth £4.6 million.
You campaigned for social housing. You introduced the Housing Association Bill to "empower tenants." Then you purchased a housing association property at auction. £572,000. A Georgian townhouse in Clerkenwell. You rented it to private tenants. Reportedly to your own parliamentary researcher. You sold it for profit. "Labour's queen of hypocrisy." You earned the title.
The White Van Man. November 2014. Rochester and Strood by-election. You photographed a house. Three England flags in the windows. A white Ford Transit on the drive. You tweeted it. No words needed. Your sneer was the caption. Dan Ware. A cage fighter. He had "not got a clue" who you were. He called you a "snob." Ed Miliband was "furious." You resigned as Shadow Attorney General within hours. You claimed you had "never seen anything like it." Working-class patriotism. Unfamiliar territory.
You altered an Electoral Commission press release in 2006. Inserted your own quote. Made it appear official. The Standards Commissioner found your actions "unwise and unfortunate." You faced no sanction. You never do.
Caroline Flint called you out in 2019. Alleged you called Brexit voters "stupid." You threatened defamation proceedings. Gave her hours to retract. Instructed solicitors. Talked tough to Sky News: "They can't make up shit about me." Then you abandoned the case. Empty threats. Your trademark.
You married Sir Christopher Nugee. Lord Justice of Appeal. Boris Johnson called you "Lady Nugee" in Parliament. The Speaker intervened. Called it "sexist." You reject the title publicly. You prefer the pretence of ordinariness. While living on Richmond Crescent. Same street as Tony Blair. Same day you both moved in. Your four-storey Victorian townhouse. £2.9 million. Plus the Guildford flat. Rental income over £10,000 a year. Working-class credentials. Pure theatre.
You wanted to be Labour leader in 2020. You considered it. You did not stand. You knew. You served Corbyn. You serve Starmer. You expected to be Attorney General. The real one. Not shadow. Starmer appointed Richard Hermer instead. You were "shocked and disappointed." The snub was public. The message was clear. Even your own party doubts you.
Now you chair the Foreign Affairs Select Committee. Leading the "Scandelson" inquiry into Mandelson. Aggressive oversight. The irony is geological. You who altered official documents. You who abandoned legal threats when challenged. You now sit in judgment.
They made you Dame Commander in 2025. DBE. For political service. The honour sits on your shoulders like a shroud. The working-class girl from the council estate who sneered at the England flag. Who profited from housing association property while preaching socialism. Who threatens lawsuits then runs. Who lives in £2.9 million splendour while her constituents queue for food banks.
You are not a champion of the people. You are a cautionary tale. The champagne socialist who forgot which glass was hers. Your White Van Man tweet defines you. Your housing hypocrisy buries you. Your Damehood is mockery.
You have no credibility. No authenticity. No political future worth speaking of. You gambled that class betrayal could be dressed in progressive language. You lost.
Your reputation is ash. Your conscience is a void. Your Damehood is groresque. Your career is a study in elite condescension.
Your betrayal of Britain is now complete. Permanent exile from public trust awaits. Congratulations. You are The Dossier.
When five people were injured in Edinburgh on 19 June, Keir Starmer responded the very next day:
“No one should face violence on our streets.”
He also said the suspect “appears to be motivated by anti Muslim hatred.”
Fast forward a week.
Five pedestrians are run over by Timir Ahmed Mohamed, who has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Where is the Prime Minister now?
What was the motivation behind this alleged attempted murder of 5 people?
It's these obvious double standards in public messaging that have fuelled division over the last two years.
People notice when some incidents get an immediate response while others are met with silence.
Spiteful Class Warrior. Her Family's Profit. Her Government's Hypocrisy.
Bridget Phillipson told the BBC this week that she is going to get a T-shirt printed saying spiteful class warrior. She said it with pride. She said it twice. She is welcome to wear it. But she might want to check the timing before she places the order.
On the same day she was celebrating the label, it emerged that her family made a 900 percent profit on a council house purchased through right to buy. Her mother Clare bought the two-bedroom property in Washington, Tyne and Wear in 1990 for £9,600, a 38 percent discount on its market value. The family sold it in May 2023 for £99,950. The scheme that built that wealth for her family is now being dismantled by the government she serves. Discounts will be cut from 35 percent to between five and 15 percent. Sales are expected to fall by 90 percent. The council tenants who might have done what her mother did will find the door considerably harder to open.
The profit itself is not the scandal. Her mother used a scheme that was legal, available and legitimate. Right to buy was designed precisely to give working class families the opportunity to own their home and build wealth. Good for them. The scandal is the sequence. The opportunity was taken. The ladder was climbed. Now it's being taken away. And the person helping to raise it is calling it class warfare and offering to print it on clothing.
She is not alone. Angela Rayner, who introduced the legislation restricting right to buy, personally benefited from the scheme when buying her property in Stockport. Two of the most prominent working class voices in Labour have both used a policy they are now making substantially less accessible to the next generation of working class families. Neither appears to see the contradiction. Phillipson has described it as improving lives. Rayner has described it as protecting social housing stock. Both descriptions carefully avoid the word hypocrisy.
The right to buy story sits alongside two others that complete the picture. Keir Starmer attended Reigate Grammar School on a bursary funded by charitable status, the same charitable status Phillipson has now removed from independent schools, closing over 100 of them and displacing over 43,000 pupils. The opportunity that helped form him has been taxed out of reach for the families who needed it most. And Phillipson holds the title Secretary of State for Women and Equalities while sitting on the EHRC code of practice that would implement a unanimous Supreme Court ruling on biological sex, a delay her own predecessor at the EHRC has publicly described as political.
Three policies. Three ladders. Three ministers who climbed them. Three ladders raised.
Phillipson's spokesman described the right to buy story as a vile smear campaign. That response does not address the substance. Nobody is smearing her mother for using right to buy. The question being asked is why the minister who benefited from that scheme, who benefited from charitable school status through a Prime Minister educated on a bursary, who holds the title Secretary of State for Women and Equalities while withholding women's legal protections, is celebrating the label spiteful class warrior rather than answering for the record.
The T-shirt idea is revealing because it signals that she regards the spite as the point rather than a regrettable byproduct. Not I am fighting for working class children despite appearing spiteful. But I am spiteful and proud of it. That is not class politics. It is class performance. And the working class families who cannot now access right to buy, who cannot now afford the independent schools that have closed, who cannot now trust that women-only wards mean what they say, are the ones paying for the performance.
"Phillipson has described it as improving lives. Rayner has described it as protecting social housing stock. Both descriptions carefully avoid the word hypocrisy."
THE DOSSIER #18: Bridget Phillipson – The Deceiver
Secretary of State for Education | Minister for Women and Equalities | Failed Deputy Leadership Candidate
Born 1983. Gateshead. Raised by a single mother in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Pregnant at sixteen. A son at seventeen. No university degree. Left formal education at sixteen. Now Secretary of State for Education. The irony is total. The arrogance is breathtaking.
Affiliations: Labour Party since age fifteen. UNISON former member and full-time union official. Labour Together think tank key figure, advisory board member since 2023, part of the Starmer inner circle that built the machine. Labour Friends of Israel, former listed supporter, now hidden. Fabian Society associated. The Bridget Phillipson Campaigns Ltd, her personal company for her failed deputy leadership bid, incorporated 2025, received £10,000 from Jim Murphy and £2,000 from Fast Foster & Company Ltd.
You promised 6,500 additional teachers. You delivered 978. You claimed "over 70% of the way to our target." You lied. The National Education Union poll shows 0% of teachers think you are doing "very well." Zero. Seventy-four percent say you are doing "quite badly" or "very badly." You taxed private schools to pay for teachers. Teacher numbers fell. Kemi Badenoch called you a "spiteful class warrior." She was right.
You posted on X: "Our state schools need teachers more than private schools need embossed stationery." The sneer of the class warrior. The snarl of the ideologue. Children were uprooted. Education was disrupted. Families were priced out. You called it progress. They call it destruction.
You took £60,000 from the pro-Israel lobby. You took £80,000 from Stuart Roden, shared with Lisa Nandy. You are bought. You are paid for. Your foreign policy is written by donors.
You blocked the Equality and Human Rights Commission guidance on single-sex spaces. The Supreme Court ruled in April 2025 that woman means biological sex. You tried to rewrite the judgment. You instructed government lawyers to delay, to obstruct, to betray women. Claire Coutinho exposed you: "Government lawyers, working under Bridget Phillipson's instruction, are trying to rewrite the Supreme Court judgment."
You refused to meet with women's rights charities. The charities that won the Supreme Court ruling. You betrayed them. You prioritised your personal ambition over women's safety. You prioritised the trans lobby over biological reality. Maya Forstater said it: "Extraordinary that a year after the Supreme Court judgement... the government has found another excuse for delaying."
You ran for deputy leader in 2025. You received 175 nominations. You were defeated by Lucy Powell. The Labour Party rejected you. The members saw through you. You set up a company to manage your campaign. Bridget Phillipson Campaigns Ltd. The personal vehicle for your personal ambition.
You are facing a legal challenge from the Good Law Project. Crowdfunded. The people are fighting back. Your trans guidance is being challenged in court. Your delays are being exposed. Your betrayals are being documented.
You are the Education Secretary who left education at sixteen. You are the Minister for Women who betrays women. You are the single mother who taxes families until they break. You are the working-class poster girl who serves the elite.
You have no degree. You have no mandate. You have no credibility.
Your career is over. Your credibility is ash. Your ministerial post is a corpse that has not yet fallen.
Congratulations. You are The Dossier. Your betrayal of Britain is complete.
@ukhomeoffice Let us examine each of those assurances against what is actually documented.
"Safe and legal routes." The nationalities you are prioritising under the community sponsorship scheme are Sudanese and Eritrean nationals, chosen specifically, in your own words, because they currently represent some of the largest groups crossing the Channel illegally. The scheme does not create a route for people who would not otherwise come. It creates a legal pipeline for people already coming, running alongside the illegal one, while the removal rate for those arriving illegally remains four percent. Safe and legal is the rebranding. The destination is the same.
"Numbers will start small and be controlled." You have signed accommodation contracts running until 2039. You opened twelve new asylum centres this week without informing the MPs in whose constituencies they sit. Speaker Lindsay Hoyle called it totally unacceptable from the chair. Canada's community sponsorship scheme, cited by your own Home Secretary as the model, has resettled more than 390,000 refugees since 1979, including more than 30,000 in 2024 alone. Small is a description of the announcement. It is not a description of the trajectory.
"Strict screening." Britain has no biometric registry for Sudan or Eritrea. In January 2026 al-Hol camp in northeast Syria, holding around 9,000 male ISIS suspects from 60 countries, collapsed. A hundred and twenty ISIS members escaped from Shaddadi prison. Syria confirmed a mass escape of ISIS-linked individuals. Their whereabouts are unknown. A British family sponsoring a refugee from Sudan or Eritrea cannot verify identity, criminal history or conflict zone involvement for someone from a country with no functioning civil record. The UNHCR referral process does not fill that gap. It never has. Calling that strict screening is not reassurance. It is the absence of an answer dressed as one.
Your statement does not address the 2001 UN Replacement Migration report that established mass immigration as the primary policy tool for managing demographic decline. It does not address the 2015 Agenda 2030 commitment or the 2018 Marrakech compact that normalised it. It does not address the Teal Book that ties British institutional policy explicitly to those commitments. It does not explain why the nationalities prioritised are the same nationalities currently crossing illegally at record rates.
Small numbers, controlled, strictly screened. That is what you said about the asylum hotel system before it produced 339 charges in six months across half the hotels in operation. Britain already knows what Home Office assurances look like in practice.
I suggest you read this and educate yourself, you stupid child!
The temperatures are not higher than on record. Changing the colour on the weather maps to bright red when 20 years ago they’d be yellow doesn’t make it hotter. It makes people like you look stupid or dishonest.
The climate changes in cycles. Get a grip
https://t.co/BuhWRkudGr
Shabana Mahmood is giving £350 a month to anyone who will house a migrant in their spare room…
Let’s go Lefties - get them all housed!
Watch them disappear faster then their beliefs the wet bastards 😂😂😂
Anna, put the phone down. Step away from the keyboard. You are talking to real people-saying 'you don't get it, do you?' is not becoming of an MP.
How dare you? This is nasty & entitled.
@Keir_Starmer has clearly lost control of his MPs.
