@Kohls Awful customer service. Agents are not able to understand customer's requests. Kohls charged duplicate amounts in my Kohls card and not able to resolve the dispute for 50 days now. Waste 4 hours in calls and still going on!!!

I have purchased Samsung M21 on Sep 2nd 2020 for my mom. Display stopped working 6 weeks back. Service center said it's water damage in spite of phone case and screen guard. Although it is in warranty period they are not servicing/replacing it.
@Visible Former customer, closed the account. iPhone repair. Requested Visible to provide invoice for my iPhone. Request is still open for 12 days, spoke to 6 supervisors & 12 customer care persons and no resolution yet! Awful customer service! Always incorrect info provided!
