yerrr, been back at it for a week or so now. obviously, there's a lot y'all are probably wondering, but i'm honestly not ready to talk about all this shit. focused on champs right now, and we'll talk in the offseason. excited to get back in the saddle.
Just need a break from it all. I'm sure you all have seen I haven't been myself in quite some time, need to take a step back and get myself straight mentally. Gotta take care of yourself over everything, and I don't plan on this being "for good," but I hope the boys crush it.
@JoeyNubzy If your staying around the same calories for an extending period of time, your body becomes used to needing that amount and adapts therefore holding the weight. To keep losing you either need to burn an extra amount of calories or increase the deficit by 100 cals or so :)
