How is exile being defined ??? Because a dedicated place for exile sounds like prison & no dedicated place sounds like he can still harm mfs

I think in a prison free society we should have places for exiling people, where people can stay in exile for a determinate number of years, maybe we could have systems to prevent them from leaving the exile-place, like guards or bars
