Finally we had to cancel the connecting flight and had to book another flight from Delhi to Portblair via Chennai on higher prices as we had done all our bookings in andaman. @airindia It's almost 48 hours since the flight landed at Delhi Airport and we still don't have any clue about the luggage. How to trust the airline and the airport authorities?

@airindia we were on board AI-815 from Jodhpur to Delhi yesterday on 10.12.25 (timing 4.00 pm) landed Delhi around 5 pm. One of my colleagues forgot to collect his baggage in a hurry because he had to catch another flight to chandigarh.

@airindia Any update ???? Only asking for details and not acting upon is how you work? Your staff at the Chandigarh airport did the same. Wasted our 1.5 hours to write down everything and then said we cannot help because the baggage was not booked for Chandigarh

@airindia Chandigarh people are not receiving calls and Delhi people we don't know. On personal level we knew some people at the airport and they have tried their best but the bag is not found.

The Chandigarg staff said they cannot do anything as the baggage was not boarded from Delhi. When we tried on our own to track the luggage at Delhi Airport, it is nowhere to be found. The luggage is missing from T3, was supposed to come at belt 3 (2/n)
