عالمی سیاست کا یہ ایک پرانا اصول ہے کہ یہاں کچھ بھی اچانک یا اتفاقاً نہیں ہوتا بلکہ ہر بڑے واقعے کے پیچھے کوئی نہ کوئی بڑی ڈور ضرور ہل رہی ہوتی ہے۔ ابھی ایران اور امریکہ کے درمیان ممکنہ معاہدے کی خبریں دنیا کے سامنے آئی ہی تھیں کہ چند گھنٹوں بعد کوئٹہ ایک شدید دھماکے سے لرز اٹھا۔ ہر طرف لاشیں گر گئیں، میڈیا پر چیخ و پکار مچ گئی اور اس بڑی عالمی پیش رفت سے سب کی توجہ یکسر ہٹ گئی۔ یہ کوئی عام حادثہ یا اتفاق نہیں ہے بلکہ ایک سوچی سمجھی سازش ہے جس کے تانے بانے ملک دشمن بیرونی طاقتوں سے ملتے ہیں۔ جب بھی خطے میں امن یا کسی مثبت تبدیلی کا امکان پیدا ہوتا ہے تو پاکستان کے امن کو نشانہ بنا دیا جاتا ہے تاکہ عالمی سطح پر ہونے والی اہم ترین بحث کو دبایا جا سکے۔ اس پورے کھیل میں اسرائیل اور بھارت کا مکارانہ ��ٹھ جوڑ اب کھل کر سامنے آ چکا ہے، جو سی پیک (CPEC) اور پاکستان کی معاشی ترقی کو روکنے کے لیے ایک ہی اسکرپٹ پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔

ایران اور امریکہ کا ایک دوسرے کے قریب آنا اسرائیل کے لیے کسی بڑی مصیبت سے کم نہیں ہے کیونکہ وہ خطے میں خود کو تنہا محسوس کرنے کے خوف میں مبتلا ہے اور کبھی نہیں چاہے گا کہ اس کے پڑوس میں امن و استحکام قائم ہو۔ دوسری طرف بھارت کو یہ خوف کھائے جا رہا ہے کہ اگر خطے میں کشیدگی کم ہوئی تو پاکستان اپنی تمام تر توجہ معاشی استحکام پر مرکوز کر دے گا۔ جب بھی اسرائیل اور بھارت کو عالمی یا علاقائی سطح پر کوئی دھچکا لگتا ہے، تو یہ دونوں مل کر پاکستان میں موجود اپ��ے ان مہروں کو متحرک کر دیتے ہیں جنہیں انہوں نے ملک کو اندر سے کمزور کرنے کے لیے پال رکھا ہے۔ بلوچستان لبریشن آرمی (بی ایل اے) کا خود کو آزادی پسند کہنا سب سے بڑا جھوٹ ہے کیونکہ یہ گروہ اب پوری طرح اسرائیلی اور بھارتی مفادات کا چوکیدار بن چکا ہے۔ بی ایل اے کے نام نہاد لیڈر کیا بلوچ کی اسرائیل کا جھنڈا اٹھائے ہوئے تصاویر اور بھارتی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی 'را' (RAW) کی جانب سے ملنے والی فنڈنگ اور تربیت اس گندے گٹھ جوڑ کا واضح ثبوت ہیں جو ان دہشت گردوں اور بیرونی آقاؤں کے درمیان قائم ہو چکا ہے۔ ان کا مقصد بلوچستان کے حقوق نہیں بلکہ اسرائیل سے ملنے والے ڈالرز اور بھارت سے ملنے والے اسلحے کے عوض اپنے ہی ملک کی پیٹھ میں چھرا گھونپنا ہے۔

جو لوگ معصوم شہریوں، غریب مزدوروں اور سیکیورٹی فورسز پر بزدلانہ حملے کر کے اسے کسی تحریک کا نام دیتے ہیں، وہ اصل میں نئی دہلی اور تل ابیب کے اشاروں پر ناچنے والی کٹھ پتلیاں ہیں۔ کوئٹہ کا دھماکہ اس بات کا ثبوت تھا کہ جب بھی خطے میں پاکستان کے حق میں کوئی بڑی تبدیلی آئے گی، یہ بیرونی اثاثے ملک میں امن تباہ کرنے کے لیے لاشیں گرائیں گے۔ دوسری طرف ریاست کی مخالفت اور بغض میں اندھے ہو جانے والے کچھ سیاسی و ڈیجیٹل گروپس، بالخصوص 804 والے اور ان کے انٹرنیٹ سپورٹرز جب ایسے حادثات پر خوشیاں مناتے ہیں تو وہ دشمن کا ہاتھ مضبوط کر رہے ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ لوگ ریاست کی ناکامی کا جشن نہیں منا رہے بلکہ اپنے اسرائیلی اور بھارتی آقاؤں کو یہ رپورٹ بھیج رہے ہیں کہ انہوں نے ملک کے اندر افراتفری کا ماحول برقرار رکھ کر اپنا نمک حلال کر دیا ہے۔

پاکستان کی سلامتی کو نقصان پہنچانے والے ان ناسوروں کو اب کسی قسم کی رعایت دینا شہدا کے خون سے غداری ہوگی کیونکہ بی ایل اے کوئی سیاسی تحریک نہیں بلکہ بین الاقوامی دہشت گردی کا ایک حصہ ہے جس کی جڑیں اسرائیل اور بھارت سے جڑی ہیں۔ ان کے چہرے، ان کے لیڈران اور ان کے بیرونی رابطے اب پوری دنیا کے سامنے آ چکے ہیں اس لیے اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ ریاست ان کے خلاف سخت ترین ایکشن لے اور ان غیر ملکی کارندوں کو بلوچستان کی پاک دھرتی سے ہمیشہ کے لیے ختم کر دے، کیونکہ جو دشمن کا پرچم اور نظریہ اٹھاتا ہے وہ اس ملک میں رہنے کا حق کھو دیتا ہے۔
