@ga_kemp @waywearywizard @ellceene @RebeccaHiland @christopherhale You are wrong though. The whole reason it's a thing is they tell the bank the government will pay the loan if the vet defaults. This greatly improves people's chances of getting a loan they can actually handle. If that guarantee isn't there, rates change and vets don't get loans.

@LookAtMyMeat1 Realism defines the rules of what you can and can't do in some games. Games are only fun because of what rules devs choose to enforce. If you have no rules, you can easily end up with something hollow and directionless. This is obviously personal taste. Realism, to me, is fun.

However, I feel like we've all started a gorgeous game (graphics or art style) and realized quickly that gameplay and design were obviously on the back burner during development.

@ShitpostRock You'd think the GPUs would get cheaper. The price increase for these is criminal. A 3080 on release was $699.
