@iqrafatma1278 What is this push to make people think that 40% is a normal tip? 15 to 20% food/bev not including tax or other charges is normal for decent full service dining. This goes back to when servers were paid $3.35/hr to cover taxes. Now they make over $10/hr so 20% is just fine.
