@Heretic_Sue @1goodtern I had Covid about 3 weeks ago and still have a lingering cough. I managed to avoid the virus for 3 years, but it finally caught me. I can't imagine getting it multiple times and acting like it's no big deal
@Aishatonu@BenZeisloft You know our legislature won't put it up for a vote here? Because every time it is, it goes down in flames and they don't want to admit how out of touch they are.
@bintalshamsa She just has no appetite anymore, so she doesn't get hungry. She has no internal cues to eat. She will eat, if we bring her food, but she will go all day without it if no one is here because she just isn't hungry
@bintalshamsa So long as she remember to eat and drink, she's doing ok. But she gets confused and doesn't remember if she's eaten or not. And she no longer has an appetite, so if she thinks she's already eaten and she hasn't....
Today, I'm doing the prep for a colonscopy tomorrow. So, to distract myself from the ick and the fact I can only have clear liquids today, I am window shopping online. Etsy is my favorite and I wish I had money....
@bintalshamsa Yep. It's 'stop profiling us!' when you point out a very clear pattern of WW causing harm, but when POC point out police profiling in their communities, it's 'well, but that's different'.
@bintalshamsa It is. Kittens are especially prey for hawks. If you want to protect everything, keep them inside. If you let them out, understand there will be death. Because that's how nature works. And it won't just be the rats and mice you don't like.
@bintalshamsa I don't understand people like this. If you don't want your cat killing wildlife, keep it inside! They are God's perfect murder machines, it's what they do.
