It’s fine by me if Bruins want to raise ticket prices, it’s a business.

But how they treat their STH and customers needs to be much, much better.

I had the 10 game pack for a couple years, prices went up but team was better. Makes sense.

What didn’t make sense was the packages started including Monday, Tuesday night games vs. terrible teams.

When I called to ask why this happened, service rep told me “it’s what fans told us they wanted.”

This was a lie created from someone up top to cover the organization. That culture of lying to customers to get their money and the overpriced shitty food is what’s wrong with the Jacobs ownership.

There’s many stories like this out there. I hope the ushers and workers are actually getting more money as Charlie Jacobs stated today in the press conference.

Would be disgraceful if it turned out to be another lie.
