@soumyadesign @NCResq I wonder if the 6+ years of experience is 4 years college and 2 years M.Des? If yes, that unfortunately won't be counted as real experience. In my opinion, freelance work is usually looked at as real work if you have real projects to back it up. Don't know his situation tho.
