Jos Buttler has mastered the art of stat padding. He has scored 500+ runs this season, but apart from 3 innings, almost every knock has been a net negative which has costed or could have costed GT.

• 38(33) — GT lost the match in the last over.
• 39*(30) — Net Negative knock.
• 26(22) — Almost costed GT the match.
• 13(10) — Net Negative knock.
• 7(11) — Net Negative knock.
• 57(35) — In a chase of 247, he was 29(20) at one point.
• 19(23) — Costed GT the final.

- There are few more innings aswell and If we remove his only three good innings in 17 matches, his stats become: 357 runs in 14 innings at an average of 25.50 and a strike rate of 140.55.

- The worst part? Buttler's form will only decline from here. He will be 36, need to take a call on him & release him if possible there are many options available for GT!
