@virginmedia Hi, It's still dropping out a lot. It's very random, and doesn't seem to make a difference how many devices are connecting! Every time i do the online check it just tells me there's a problem in the area.

@virginmedia my broadband has been dropping out constantly and has been for days. Please fix this issue. I stayed with you for the internet despite having to drop tv and phone to save money, yet there seems to always be 'a problem in your area.' At the moment.

Parcel from @TheWorksStores delivered by @Hermesparcels .No we haven't opened it that's how it arrived. 1 item missing, 1 damaged and the courier took a photo of it on our step the other side up to hide the obvious damage so when we picked it up everything fell out.
