@FlySWISS Arti the bag is sitting in FLR, so world tracer won’t do you any good. @FlySWISS abandoned it there after delaying it and then put the responsibility on the airport. Can you pease try contacting the airport too? After all, it’s your company’s fault.

@JaredALee Seems like they really don’t care about passengers bags... No help, no communication and no accountability. They only want to DM people back saying to email them and you’ll get an automated response, or a phone number where no one picks up. Never flying with them again.
@FlySWISS. 11 days of not helping us retrieve our suitcase from @toscanaeroporti .Stop ignoring us. Stop diverting blame to FLR lost and found. It is your responsibility to get the suitcase to us. If the baggage handlers you use are not doing their job you need to intervene.
