@GuyDealership I think the biggest hurdle will be the dealerships. What dealership wants to sell a car that needs so little service? I've had a Tesla for 3 years and we've rotated the tires and....nothing else. If Toyota made a half decent BEV for under $60k, they would sell every 1 they make.

@Gary61764440 @ClownWorld Interesting that you choose Tesla to compare them to. Those two brands are nearly complete opposites. Tesla only makes BEV's. Not luxury. 99% of their volume comes from vehicles less than $60k. Genesis makes two BEV's, and they are a joke. These two brands don't compete.

@GuyDealership Toyota has been talking about solid state since 2008. In 2014, they announced they were near a breakthrough. Then in 2018, they said 2020. In 2020, they actually showed a prototype. Now they are saying mass production 2026-2027.
