Icahn Enterprises LP (billionaire Carl Icahn), has enlisted Nashville CBRE to sell the entire 45-acre scrap metal site (was PSC Metals, now SA Recycling) on the East Bank through an auction process. Exact auction date has not been revealed, but it is set for mid-November.
