Highlights:

-stringent dd goes into place for each company he invests in - only wants top projects

-re #maru wanted to grow and build the company rather than just invest

-projects are all CLASS A ASSETS

- wants them to be proven up and drilling on ore body for lithium starting December

-sending top equipment at no cost for #maru shareholders

-believes lots of value still to be created on BLESBERG

-mine ore body —>25-35k cubics and 4-6t of spodumene = cash flow ⬆️ ⬆️

- December/January = mining and financial cash flow plans in place

-#copper = big ore body

- wants CASHFLOWS BY JANUARY AND FEBRUARY AND PROFITABILITY

-wants things done at rapid speed

- Jorc compliance next few months

- projects are not complex = easy to mine and extract

-low capex on all projects = high profitability

- therefore not effected by down movement in metal price as always projects are very very high profit due to low cost

-only goes into projects where he can make major % uptick not small %

- believes blesberg can become a mega mine

-projects that takes years he wants done in months

- this is because he wants cahsflows asap

- NO DILUTION FO SHARES for #maru as they will finance everything and NO SELLING of any QGC shares

Main goal = become end product producer to sell directly to the majors consumers who want the metals

This is truly special imo going to become a small cap legend very very quick as Quinton does things in months that takes years for others
