@CapitalOne the spark card plus is not a good option for high spend cardholders. It’s marketed with “no” limit, but when you go above a unknown balance, it declines charges. Even the customer service rep couldn’t explain it. Need to think through this card a little more.

@DavidRovella Great article, though I wouldn't use the term "shadow lenders", I prefer private lender or worst case Hard Money. We have seen a 100% increase in loan volume. Most of these loan requests are from "very" bankable borrowers, but local and regional banks have stopped lending.
