@kpn Sinds maanden glasvezel in de straat. Meerdere malen gebeld om aan te laten sluiten. Geen enkele keer bij een medewerker uitgekomen. Dacht vandaag probeer het maar weer eens en na 75 minuten in de wacht - wachttijd bedraagt 17m- er uitgegooid

@KLM We are now 5 hours post my first attempt to contact KLM and many tweets, attempts at calls to KLM service desk and sms later with 0 progress. In fact the alternative flight KLM so kindly offered 2 hours prior to departure that I mistakenly booked has now landed in AMS.

For some reason I failed to notice the alternative flight offered in the app was for today. Be great if you can change this to a flight leaving FCO tomorrow . Pls confirm as your call Center is not available
