I have been trying to disconnect all my Vodafone services for several months. While my Vodafone mobile services were disconnected, my Internet Cable services are still active, and €50 continues to be debited from my account incorrectly.

which I did. However, I have received no response, and the charges continue.

Please note that I have been out of Germany since July end 2025, and I no longer use or require any Vodafone services. You should have full logs of my multiple attempts to contact customer support

I request the following:
1.Immediate disconnection of my Internet Cable service
2.Refund of the incorrectly charged amount, as this issue is due to a failure on Vodafone’s side
3.Written confirmation of service termination and refund status
