Hi Team,

I had purchased S23 Ultra when it was launched in March 2023, I continued user of Samsung since S4 but now a days we are facing issue with screen green line after update and without physical damage.

@SamsungIndia and S23 Ultra I need to pay 50%. Which I had told Samsung team that if there is problem due to software update why I suppose to pay 50%. Team not ready to listen.

I don't want to pay any cost for screen replacement.

Do I have done any mistake in buying Samsung mobile.

@SamsungIndia Hi @SamsungIndia here is the resolution received from Samsung team, without any faults we have to pay 50% for screen replacement. Then why will I purchase Samsung handset in future. It was never expected from brand like Samsung. S22 Ultra Samsung is doing at FOC

I am also following up with team more than a year now. Every week I call customer care team they give week time and they never give resolution. Again I need follow up from them and they come back same answer give me week time. My vehicle number is MH03CS0210

@SamsungIndia @Muhamma54625182 Same here my S23 Ultra, got call from @SamsungIndia to pay 50% amount for screen replacement. After update green line has come without any damage to it and @SamsungIndia is asking to pay 50% for which I was not ready and they are not even replying to my messages

@SamsungIndia In the month of March 26 my S23 Ultra got green line issue without any physical damage. When I visited service centre on 12th March 26. Service centre people asked me approximately 25k for screen replacement and battery replacement as the back body got opened due to battery.

@SamsungIndia Now on 3rd July second green line has come and I am not able to understand the issue. Request @SamsungIndia to please look into the same seriously

@SamsungIndia I was ready to pay for batter but they were asking for screen replacement 19500 which as per me is to be replaced free if it got green line issue suddenly when nothing happened to phone. @SamsungIndia to please replace my screen free of cost.
