@TeamYouTube The channel is in severe violation of YouTube's community guidelines on spam and misleading thumbnails. I suggest you take a look at the channel again and either terminate the channel or block access to video thumbnails so they cannot upload the same spam thumbnails.

@TeamYouTube I reported the channel as a whole for spam and the thumbnails are taken down in all of the videos. For some apparent reason the spammy thumbnails returned & I don't understand why did you guys reinstate the spammy thumbnails? Did she appeal?
