Last week Oscar spent nearly €10k on his pals. He paid monthly bills for families and the costs for a headstone for a special member. He helped two new families with trips, one to Lourdes today and one to Amber Springs. We booked Amble tickets, bought Lego and sent toys. 💛

He vandalised our honesty box, stole money, and destroyed a large number of eggs in the process.

On Wednesday, Firefighter/Paramedics from Dolphins Barn made a very special trip to Crumlin Hospital for the latest induction induction into #OscarDistrict.

We met Daniel, a kind and very talented musician and presented him with some gifts along with his Badge Number (31) and we were treated to a very special concert.

Daniel has been playing the drums since he was 5 and only learned the keyboard in July of this year.

There is a second part of this video we will share with you shortly.

Welcome to Oscar District, Badge 30, Abigail.

Abigail and her family joined D Watch in Phibsborough for her induction to #OscarDistrict.

Once she met with D/O Coyne and S/O Hetherington, she took parade with the help of her Dad who read out the duties for the day.

Abigail and her brother then got hands on with the equipment on our Fire Engine.

It was then time for pizza, tea, cake and presentations!

A special presentation was made for Abigail who was surprised with a trip to Lapland for her and her family! This trip was made possible by Oscars Kids and the fundraising efforts of SEFPO Keith Brunkard. Many thanks to all who donated.

Working today we stumbled across a milestone! Since we started Oscar’s charity in September 2021, we’ve spent €1.1 million on our incredible kids and families!!! We honestly can’t believe it. Thank you for allowing us to do this work in his name 💛

Just 12 hours ago we asked for your help to raise €5,000 to help send some of the members of Oscar's Kids Ireland to Lapland this Christmas and in return SEFPO Brunkard would shave his head and beard.

We are pleased to announce the current tally is €5,260. We are blown away by the kindness and support of everyone.
