@avianca I booked seat 4A (and paid a lot of money for it) but when I checked in at LAX my seat got moved to 4C. Might not sound like a big issue but it is when you want comfort and some distance from the aisle during a red eye flight. Agents were unable to correct this.

.@UHC has totally dropped the ball and allowed someone else to improperly access my private, confidential health info. and to change my contact information. They act like it’s nbd and I should just create a new account with a new pw. They fail to acknowledge the security breach.
