BREAKING: Canadian elementary teachers are being handed a guide portraying Hamas as a positive force.
While Muslim nations demand Hamas surrender, Western leftists and Islamists romanticize the terror group.
@RepMTG With all due little respect- LETS BE CLEAR - Israel didn’t start this fight. israel doesn’t drop bombs on the people of Iran but military targets. Israel didn’t start this it was started it on 10/7 when Iranian trained terrorists attacked and invaded southern Israel. TRUTH
@FrontierCare why is the wait to connect with someone more than 200 mins on the phone and when they call back it’s more than a day later at 4am. And then when chatting no one ever answers
@coach_prewettAU Coach Prew, you’re truly an inspiration. Every time we’ve come to Auburn on the AFI mission, our students leave with a gift: the reminder that there are still righteous non-Jews in the world who love and uplift the Jewish people. Thank you.
Three innocent Israelis were just murdered in cold blood by a Jordanian driver at the Allenby crossing. This is Jordan, Gaza, Judea, Samaria, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon—the list goes on. A society that glorifies the killing of innocents is sick. How much longer will people turn a blind eye and call this a "religion of peace"? It’s time to face the truth.
🚨 BREAKING: WILLIAMSON COUNTY REQUESTS RULING FROM TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL ON VOTER PRIVACY VERSUS AUDITABILITY OF ELECTIONS 🚨
"The Williamson County Attorney’s Office respectfully requests a ruling from your office regarding the applicability of the foregoing section(s) of the Texas Government Code to the information submitted as Exhibit B."
As frustrating as it was to see the opinion from the @TXAG a couple of weeks ago recommending redaction of information legally required to be publicly available that would render those elections unauditable and therefore illegal, the good news is the opinion relates only to prior elections.
The OAG was effectually squeezed to choose to protect the rights of voters from elections that had already taken place because of the release and fear of future widespread release of ballot selections that could be used for undue influence, intimidation, retribution, etc.
Anyone on my recount team and those following me on @X would know that revealing voters' ballot selections is exactly what I have been warning of happening and have been trying to prevent.
But as you see, the attached request from Williamson County for an opinion from the OAG is the perfect opportunity to provide guidance with strong language urging counties to opt out of countywide voting in all Texas counties where voters are not assigned to a specific precinct to vote.
Of course, we must wait for the #TxLege to repeal the laws on the books. But until then, we have an election to win in November. And if the elections are not auditable because elections administrators think they have the green light to redact information, not only will this open elections up to more fraud that we will never be able to prove or prosecute, it will also make the elections illegal as both the @TXsecofstate and the OAG have now conceded we have been running since the passage of Texas Election Code § 43.007 in 2009.
I pray the OAG reads the article written by Dr. Walter Daugherity (“Balancing Ballot Secrecy Versus Transparency”), a native Texan with degrees from Oklahoma Christian University (bachelor’s) and Harvard University (master’s and doctor’s). He is currently a Senior Lecturer Emeritus in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University and also a computer consultant to major national and international firms, as well as to government agencies, including classified work.
Daugherity concludes correctly that the flaw with countywide voting is that there is no legal way to strike a balance between ballot secrecy and transparency.
Thus, Countywide Voting is, in and of itself, illegal whether administered as authorized by the Texas Election Code § 43.007 which allows counties to opt in to the "Countywide Polling Place Program" or in the slightly modified format referred to by the Code as "Early Voting."
I forwarded Daugherity's article to the OAG and posted it here: https://t.co/PDn6v7tllC.
Williamson County just opened the door for a great opportunity for Texas and the greatest Attorney General in the country @KenPaxtonTX to lead the nation as we take steps toward securing our elections restoring public trust in what we hope will be a lawful election in November.
