@coryetzkorn@deziignerniipz Lake Erie is in the 70s already, itโs shallow and we are swimming in it. The Great Lakes are vast. Superior vs lower lakes have a totally different temperature profile.
@NeotransB Happy face bomb is intriguing! With interest rates high and money tight, it seems like big developments are on hold in secondary markets. Fingers crossed!
@RuiterWrongFAN Private developers seek highest margins. Those margins are found in the likes of nyc, bos, sanfran. Itโs hard to get private money in secondary markets to commit whatโs needed to build this massive space out, which lacks connectivity. Thankful CLE has bedrock.
@rooster_ohio Ohio domestics migration turned positive last year. This is most likely due to the inertia of America in general. I do think these 2050 estimates are grossly overblown and came out three years ago. Growth last year was robust. Hopefully Acton prevailsโฆ.somehowโฆ
@AlPawlowski@reflog18 Feel like the Cleveland economy has come a long way since 2008 and thatโs helping with attendance. 1990s were successful due to a roaring economy. Edโs/meds jobs and the relatively high wage associated with them is huge for the economy and financial jobs are highest since2001
