Really curious why the @oxfordunion has still not released the debate with myself, @einatwilf @henmazzig and @avimayer.

For weeks we have tried to be in touch with them and been told a variety of things about “release forms” (which all of us signed and submitted on site) and all kinds of claims about how and when they will post our debate on Israel.

In person, we were told 2-3 weeks. It’s now been 2 months. Most debates from the same term have been published yet ours still hasn’t. Hard to believe that’s a coincidence.

I’ve written to both the Education Secretary and the Vice Chancellor of Cambridge University on behalf of those students who have been failed by the university and Arday’s poor teaching.

There should be a full investigation into what went wrong and who bears responsibility for these failures. Those students who have been failed because of inadequate teaching/supervision should file complaints and deserve compensation or a fee refund. Potentially these students are entitled to damages for breach of contract or negligence.

Justice must be done for failed students, DEI hiring must stop and those responsible for this scandal must be held to account.

And no, this isn’t a ‘racist pile-on’. This is about doing the right thing.
