@HeathrowAirport I flew from Heathrow on 17th June and I'm still without my luggage. I've contacted the baggage service at my destination's airport - despite their efforts, they've received no communication from Heathrow at all. When are you going to fix this??

@TicketmasterCS I've already replied to the agent who did the incorrect refund and I still don't have a response. Is there no other way to speak to someone about this?

@TicketmasterUK I've still not had a reply about an issue I have with a refund - someone refunded my whole order instead of just one ticket. Now I have no tickets for a concert I've waited 2 years for. Is there anyway I can speak to someone??
