@michaelps2k But delaying a route, regardless of how it appears from a broadcast POV..is certainly a tactic that can be necessary in a “high low” regression. The thinking behind it is hold the CB, stale his read and delay his commit to coverage. If it’s a 3..it holds him from sinking to deep

Players will be returning from injury, but there isn’t anyone coming through the door to improve those, has to be done internally through scheme and technique. OBJ could at least improve our best unit
