@nextofficial Ordered item for delivery after 13:00 today, arranged for someone to be at the address from 13:00. You email at 11:00, stating you'd tried to deliver at 10:00! (no card left) why try before 13:00!?! I needed it today, if it doesn't arrive 2morrow, I'm screwed....

people waited from 13:00 in case another delivery attempted, it wasn't. They now have to wait in tomorrow in the hope it arrives. I phoned the call centre, was told a manger would call me back, they haven't. why offer delivery slots if you can't stick to them?!
