A lot of these new artist simply aren’t rappers, but because black artists are forced to fit into only 2 genres, they keep trying to change the standard.

Rappers need to know how to RAP! Period. They should know how to freestyle! Whether it’s off the dome or written. That has always been the standard! & if you can’t do that you’re not a rapper and that’s ok!
