We have 4 including myself and I swear the story is decently documented. I was building a team, brought in Cap and Zei because I have a full time job and can't interfere with that really + I didn't expect to be paid. We merge with DSG and I don't want to screw over those guys so they come too. McGravy was already there so that makes 4.

What is not well documented publicly is that I have ran teams with 4 coaches before with good results. Our disadvantage is that we were starting from square one as a team, so being able to delegate is huge for improvement. Most people can agree that we played much better the first few matches than we did against Peps and during bootcamp scrims in Korea, all bc we put in the work to make it happen.

I still have a full-time job btw. DSG isn't paying full salaries for 4 coaches, it's pretty known that DSG is not the richest of orgs so half the coaching staff isn't getting paid. It's for the love of the game and the belief in each other/the players. I would want to be a part of this whether I was getting paid or not and i'm sure you'd get similar answers from the rest of the staff.

over the last week, i created something that i believe is first of its kind - a scrim replay viewer that lives in the browser

the tooling around scrim analytics is lightyears ahead of where it used to be, i cannot wait to keep building cool things for parsertime

Heartbreaking few matches but we showed that we can compete with the top teams in NA. Excited to see what we can do in 1-2 weeks time, the boys are not discouraged.
