I just remember the case when trying to pick gpt 5.6 sol from cursor, but it turns out, it can't solve the mcp environment by themselves.

ask Opus 5 to help cursor play with the environment, after a couple of minutes, the mcp is up, and I could proceed to work with gpt 5.6 in cursor.

The lesson: opus 5 might be chatty and annoying, but with this level of helping other agent up & running.. still hard to find the replacement for it.

recently, just give up treating opus 5 on high effort to follow up instruction. I just open my obsidian, put up the problems and the details, and let them cook.

the risk in doing it, is spending tokens without clearly get to know whether it is good or bad, it seems like building the dependency for the model is the strategy from Anthropic especially Opus x Fable combo.

idk this is a right path to do, but when I do interactive chat session, I just go with medium or even low effort which kinda more less smarter that it is following my rules / instruction
