The DNC's Rules and Bylaws committee is now debating which of three states — NV, SC and NH — should lead the 2028 primary calendar. While the panel is split between SC and NV, NH still giving it a shot.

SC allies are really leaning into the argument that NV won't have results on elex night because of late ballots (which feels like a nod to IA 2020).
