If you’re trying to be a better leader, I see you. From where you stand, it may seem you have ways to go. Remember, it’s about the journey and not the destination.
Begin to see each situation as an invitation to be better than you were yesterday. And most importantly have empathy for the moments we fall from grace.
4. Take up time and then respond. My emotions get the best of me at times. Responses without the proper time to allow my emotions to settle have me showing up in a way that isn’t true to who I am, no matter how good the intention.
