2 years commitment is a joke.
I’m not keen to go with that.
As publishers, we do test out on RPM. And with a 2 year commitment, no way we can escape that part.
50/50 is a joke as well. We got 30/70 from other ad vendors.

Terms as such:
1. Exclusivity agreement of 24 months. During the contract period, you cannot use other content recommendation platforms such as MGID, Revcontent, Outbrain etc. You can still use Google units like DFP and Adsense.
