@aya_of_pasupare We’re not going to starve, don’t worry. The camp has enough food for you, Himari-chan, and I, but that might change in the next two months if we can’t get ahold of more food.
@ueharaafterglow There’s hope somewhere. I know there is.
Come to my camp in the forest. Accepting despair is the last thing we can afford, especially as our numbers keep dwindling…
@aya_of_pasupare “Breath less, Aya-chan. You’re going to hyperventilate.”
Chisato’s remaining calm and focused. As expected of a Liu Association Fixer, she shows no fear.
“I have a holdout a good distance from here. But we’re going to want to run.”
@RealMocaAoba Chisato lied there too for a while. Maybe she was an unhappy person, sure. But that didn’t always have to be the case.
Covering her eyes with an eye mask, Chisato slowly drifted off to sleep.
“Good night, Moca. I love you too.”
@RealMocaAoba “So am I unhappy too? Absolutely.”
This wasn’t even a cynical, hate-filled declaration like she often made about her managers or snobby staff. This was fact, nothing more, nothing less.
“But I’ve got you, Moca. No matter how many dreams I have that make me unhappy…”
