Living with severe OCD is brutal.

I’m trapped in a cycle that I can’t escape, and it feels like there is no end. I feel helpless, and one of the hardest parts is knowing that instead of supporting the people I love, I often feel like I’m putting more and more pressure on them. That feeling is devastating in a way that’s hard to explain.

It takes an incredible amount of energy just to get out of bed, and even more to keep going through the day. Sometimes it feels like I can’t help myself, let alone anyone else. It slowly eats away at me.

My heart goes out to everyone who is suffering in silence. I know how lonely it can feel, and I hope one day we all find some peace.
