@NikkiHaley This is misleading. In the last session of the GA only 79 of the 311 resolutions were adopted by a vote. When votes were taken, they disagreed 64 times. The remaining 232 resolutions were adopted by consensus. Therefore, both countries were in agreement 3/4 of the time.
