Don’t Start a Design Agency!
Because every few days, you’ll feel like:
→ Maybe I should get a job.
→ How will I pay my team?
→ I can do this better myself.
But there’s one thing you need to ask yourself should I build an empire for myself or someone else? That’s the only answer you need before you start overthinking.
If you ask me about my experience, I’d say we’re still struggling. Every month, I can’t stop thinking about how I’m going to pay my team. And I know it’s not just me it’s the same story for most startup founders.
The founder's journey can make you feel alone. A bad hire can ruin your entire team, and in those moments, you have to be strict, and sometimes even come off as rude. That pressure can be overwhelming.
Sometimes, you have to handle everything yourself, work 50-60 hours a week, and keep pushing forward. That’s just how the founder’s life is.
It’s full of uncertainty. You never know what’s coming next or what challenges you’ll have to face. But once you solve them, you’ll feel something incredible, like reaching the top of a mountain.
So if you love adventure, I’d say starting a business is the best adventure out there. But if you want something stable, prepare yourself to make tough decisions, work without watching the clock, and play with numbers. Then you’ll be ready.
Or you can follow me, I’ll teach you how to build an agency from the ground up.
Till then, take care.
@hussain_mu20778@framer Really solid work on this section. The muted color palette works well to keep the focus on the content and the performance stats. It is a great way to showcase what Framer can do for marketing sites.

@AmenaiSabuwala The flow of the page is excellent. I appreciate how you’ve broken down the 4-step process into clear, digestible modules. It makes a complex product like AI payment processing feel very simple for the user.
@kukaretika@framer The pink house actually looks great against that sky, but I understand wanting to soften it for the final version. Third template already is impressive. The layout feels very balanced for a real estate project.
