I started doing this, reluctantly, after seeing one of your posts. It’s now daily routine - my electric toothbrush has a 2min cycle so I do my squat and brush my teeth each AM. It’s made such a big improvement in my hips, knees, ankles and low back. I’ve got a torn meniscus in my left knee I don’t even notice any more! My mobility is so improved that I no longer creek and crack and take 15 strides to be upright after getting off the couch or a chair!! Thanks for the push! (Almost 60 year old active male, trying my best to stay that way!)
