@SubwayListens I ordered & paid via app yesterday, but store did not have the ingredients for order. Asked for refund, but store couldn't do that; said I had to email a reply to my confirmation email, which I did. Been almost 24 hours & no reply. Can you resolve this & refund me?

@KillerBurger I really dislike the online ordering system. I can't get the burger the way I want because only 2 changes permitted per category. In fact, neither my wife nor I can get the burger we want. Am I missing a way to customize?
