I stopped shipping features on @smartflowradar this week and did something I'd been avoiding: checked how the calls actually performed
The good: it catches real moves. A real chunk of calls ran, some hit solid multiples — the signal detection is doing its job finding where money is flowing.
The honest gap: I'd been scoring calls by their PEAK price, so a token that pumped then dumped still counted as a "win" — the metric couldn't see a rug. When I measured where calls actually land by day 7: ~24% green, and most fade or nuke. Median call peaks ~1.2x. That's the real challenge, and I'd rather name it than hide it.
A few things digging in taught me:
• Bigger smart-money buys didn't mean better calls — the heaviest buys rugged more. Often I was catching the top of a coordinated pump, not the start.
• The cleanest rug tell was volume-vs-marketcap: tokens churning at ~4x their MC nuked; ones trading near 1x held. Simple filter I wasn't using.
• Almost all my calls came from a single trigger — not enough diversification.
What's next:
• score realized outcome + rug rate, not just peak
• filter the high-churn setups
• weight smart money smarter
• validate every call against live market data at post time
• diversify the signals
The engine for finding flow is there. The work now is making the calls survive — and measuring it honestly. Building it in the open; I'll post the before/after as the numbers move.
This is how @smartflowradar groups what it's watching.
Each token is tagged into a narrative (AI, RWA, memes, DeFi…), then the theme is rolled up by token count, 24h smart-money flow, and whether it's heating / active / cooling. Feeds the screener tags and a daily narrative post.
Track Record of @smartflowradar
Each call is a real tweet from the day it was made, tracked to its peak over the following 7 days.
avg peak: 2.5× · best call: 192×
The full split:
🏆 182 wins (2×+)
📈 170 runners (1.3×+)
➖ 371 flat
📉 146 losses
So ~350 calls ran, ~520 didn't. That's where it stands today.
Filtering real signal from the noise is hard because no single metric decides it — it takes weighing many together: smart-money flow, volume, holder growth, liquidity, conviction. Getting that balance right is what I'm fine-tuning now, to grow the wins and runners while bringing down the flats and losses.
Target's still a 80% win rate. Long way to go.
Been building @smartflowradar for about 3 months. Finally ready to talk about it.
The problem it exists for: thousands of tokens launch every day, and almost all are junk. The real signal is buried — and no single number finds it. A smart wallet buying matters, sure. But so does volume starting to move before the price does, holders quietly stacking, liquidity actually locked, and real conviction forming across all of it at the same time.
So that's what I've been building. A set of agents that watch every new launch around the clock and weigh it across many signals at once — smart-money flow, volume acceleration, holder growth, liquidity structure, and how much conviction is genuinely building — to answer one question: is something real starting here, or is it just noise?
Most of the work so far hasn't been finding data. It's been killing noise:
→ a wallet that buys then dumps 2 minutes later isn't conviction
→ the same buy reported by five feeds isn't five buys
→ half the "launches" are already dead on arrival
Where it's at now: the agents are live and scanning, the signals run together, and it's already surfacing setups I'd never have caught by hand. But it's early. Plenty is still rough, and there's a long way to go.
The target is 80% Win rate. Not there yet — that's the first real target, and I'll share the honest version of getting there, misses included.
First post. More soon.
Continuing my journey here — this account was created for a hackathon submission.
Building an exciting app for @solanamobile and sharing progress soon.
@br3ach @NeverFailWallet @solana This is really cool to see! Great idea and awesome that Samui Wallet was a useful starting point! 🔥
Thanks for sharing! 🙏
Just submitted NeverFail Wallet for the @solana X402 Hackathon!
Public RPCs often fail during high-demand mints & drops, leaving retail users behind — while bots dominate using paid RPCs.
NeverFail Wallet fixes that.
A simple Pay-Per-RPC toggle inside @SamuiBuild wallet — pay just 0.0001 USDC via X402 → instantly switch to premium RPC for the next transaction → then auto-revert.
Even those paying $50/mo for private RPCs don’t use them fully — so we built a smarter, fairer way for everyone to win the race.
Next: making this a plug-and-play package any wallet can integrate. We’re also collaborating with RPC providers for one-time credits & bundle options to bring fast, affordable access to retail.
